Truck & trailer parking with power at every spot

A few ground rules keep the lot safe, clean, and secure for everyone.

1. 01A minimum of 10 days' written notice is required before moving out.
2. 02Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Accounts more than 5 days past due may be charged a late fee.
3. 03Park only in your assigned space. Vehicles parked in unassigned spaces may be towed at the owner's expense.
4. 04All vehicles and trailers must be registered, insured, and kept in operable condition.
5. 05Power outlets are provided for block heaters, APUs, and reefer units only. Report any electrical issues immediately.
6. 06No hazardous materials, fuel drums, or leaking vehicles on the premises.
7. 07No mechanical repairs, oil changes, or washing on-site beyond minor roadside-type fixes.
8. 08Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the facility.
9. 09No overnight occupancy, living, or extended idling in parked vehicles.
10. 10Keep your space clean and free of trash, pallets, and debris.
11. 11Access is for tenants only — do not provide entry to non-tenants.
12. 12Fargo Outdoor Storage is not responsible for theft or damage; tenants are responsible for insuring their own vehicles and equipment.
